1. Mail the completed Membership Application to the Los Angeles Flower District Badge Program with your payment to: LAFD Badge Program, 766 Wall Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014.

2. Once notified of approval, pick up your badge(s) in person from the Badge Program office at the Los Angeles Flower District.

Your membership cannot be processed until the appropriate fees have been received and processed and your resale certificate verified with the California Board of Equalization.
